Gifts with purchase:
Have you received a gift as part of a promotion on the website? If you return your order, you must send the gift back as well. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund. NOTE: If you only return part of your order, you can keep the gift if the total order value remains above the promotion threshold after returning some of the products.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you open and use your product or break the seal, as the product can no longer be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
