Is your order over 14 days old? Then your return deadline has passed. Instead, we can offer free exchange for other products via our exchange portal.

Does the size not fit your pillow or did we send the wrong size? Write to us at info@cillouettes.com or click here, and we will find a new size for you.

Gifts in connection with purchase:

Have you received a gift in connection with a campaign on the website? If you return your order, you must send the gift back with the return. If the gift is not sent back, the value of the gift will be deducted from the return. NOTE: If you only return part of your order, you can keep the gift if the total order value is above the campaign limit after returning some of the products.

You will lose your right of withdrawal if you open and use your product or break the seal, as the product can no longer be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
