Payment

ApS accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card's terms until we capture or decline the payment.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Cillouettes ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.

You can pay with Anyday at Cillouettes 

If you have an account with Anyday, you can now use their installment payment solution in our checkout.

With Anyday, you get the option to split a payment into smaller installments and pay over four months. Zero interest, zero fees, as long as you pay on time.

Anyday requires that you pay a minimum of 25% of your order total at checkout, but whether you pay more – that is entirely up to you.

You must shop for at least 300 DKK to be able to pay with Anyday.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark.

Cillouettes ApS ships goods with the following: GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel Shop

Shipping is calculated based on weight.


You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution."


You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Business purchases

If a CVR number is provided on your order, or a company name appears on the billing address, you are considered a business customer.

The following special conditions apply to business customers:

• No right of withdrawal
• 12 months warranty.
• Shipping in connection with complaints cases is at your own expense.
• Business purchases are delivered with distribution, so there will be a shipping cost regardless of the order size.
• We charge a card fee of 1.55% for customers using business cards.
• Payment with Dankort is free of charge.
• Gift cards are not paid out.

When purchasing goods that are not in stock and therefore must be ordered, it is reserved that the desired quantity at the time of order may not be fully fulfilled. If this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel the order or, with the buyer's acceptance, to deliver a smaller quantity than ordered. This is done without the buyer's right to subsequent cover purchases.

Right of withdrawal

A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return shipping costs are borne by you.

Request for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and be received by us no later than 10 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Request to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email info@cillouettes.com where the standard withdrawal form should be completed and sent with (see the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).

Terms of trade for delivery outside Denmark

When ordering delivery to addresses outside Denmark, we reserve the right to change the delivery method to private delivery if the selected parcel shop has been unable to deliver the package to the desired destination.

This may be due to local restrictions, lack of parcel shop options, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any additional costs associated with changing to private delivery will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.

Problems with goods upon receipt or missing items

You are responsible for checking immediately after receiving your package whether the received goods are correct according to your order. If there are errors or missing items, you must notify us via info@cillouettes.com immediately after receiving the package.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Cillouettes ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty applies to products according to Danish sales law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to Cillouettes ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. 
A maximum of two months is considered reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is voided in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Cillouettes ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if sent cash on delivery.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not share your personal information with others; it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Cillouettes ApS, we need the following information:

. Email address

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you.

The personal data is registered with Cillouettes ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly which information is collected and why.

The director and employees of Cillouettes ApS have access to the information registered about you.

As registered with Cillouettes ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. Complaint options

When filing a complaint, our email address must be provided: info@cillouettes.com as well as the website where you purchased the item.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link).
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
